This week I’ve been trying to get back into my winter routine of getting up at 7:00am and going for a walk. I make sure to keep my phone on sleep mode for the first hour of the day. Sometimes I’ll listen to music or even a podcast, but it’s honestly just quite nice being up and active first thing. I feel like it helps me declutter my thoughts, and by the time I get back I’m usually pretty excited to start working. I then make a coffee and have a teaspoon of salt in my water to help with absorption and hydration. I’ll usually put on an NTS Early Bird show, check my notifications, and start work.
