I’m drawn to the pursuit of finding new ways to uncover the hidden beauty in everyday objects. I work across a variety of mediums, using my curiosity and optimism to guide me as I learn new skills. I then combine these skills to approach problem solving from different perspectives.
I’ve learned that you can make things to serve a purpose, but you can also make them to be valuable. What’s becoming more important to me is understanding that it’s through the act of making that the work reveals itself.
